So you might have seen the article which showed you some of the teddy bear easter eggs that Mike had found in Fallout 4. It also had a video attached where I fired 100 teddy bears with a mortar. Some Fallout 4 easter egg teddy bears

If you’ve played Fallout 4, you might have noticed that it’s packed with funny and sarcastic easter eggs. And there are a lot of them. But one, that I keep running into are teddy bears, that are put into funny poses, where it seems like they are alive. The teddy bear easter eggs were already built into Fallout 3, but however I unfortunately don’t have any screenshot of them. But some of you might remember the huge teddy bear, that could be found in the SatCom Array NN-03d facility. Here are some of the Fallout 4 teddy bear easter eggs, I’ve found. About Apple’s new MacBook and Microsoft’s Surface

Apple held a keynote about their new Macintosh Laptop lineup yesterday and we watched it. Here are our personal thoughts about Apple’s new MacBooks. We’ll also write about what Microsoft presented earlier this week with it’s new Surface devices and compare it a bit with the new MacBook Pro. UPDATE: Some YouTube videos were not embedded correctly (thanks wordpress!), so I added links to the article at the corresponding passages, if you’d like to watch them. I’m sorry if this causes any inconveniences.

Simple collision avoidance AI in Unity3D

I’m currently working on a small 3D arcade game inspired by classical top down races in Unity3D. The game will feature enemy opponents, which means that they have to have at least some kind of AI. This AI consists of simple collision avoidance algorithm, so that the enemies don’t crash into walls constantly, and a very simple path following algorithm so that the opponents can find their way around the racetrack. I’ve built a quick prototype with simple boxes and a path. Continue reading Simple collision avoidance AI in Unity3D
